Beginning Monday 7th May, quality meals and snacks will be available from reputable vendors at the Food Court in the main event site offering shaded seating.
Top class bands/DJ and light entertainment will be the provided in the entertainment every night, in the Main Tent and Sound Shell throughout the Event week.
A daily Entertainment Program for the area will be published on the “Big Screen”.

Wednesday Night, 9 th May 2018
On Wednesday evening, the Event will officially kick off at 6pm (served at 7pm) with a gourmet BBQ style meal in the Main Tent prepared and catered for by a high quality caterer from Adelaide. It will be a casual affair where members are invited to dress according to the evening’s theme – ‘60s’ Rock and Roll. Entertainment will be provided by Jim Hermel and the Hot Chix.
The menu consists of:
Grilled lemon & herb chicken thigh- boneless,
Spicy beef sausage,
Prime beef burger with a grilled bacon rasher.
Salads are steamed baby potatoes, spring onion and egg mayonnaise with green leaf salad and honey mustard dressing.
Sourdough roll with butter
Dessert: Tropical fruit salad topped with fresh double cream
Saturday Night, 12th May 2018
The newly elected National Committee will be introduced to the members at the official event dinner in the Main Tent on Saturday night – commencing 6pm, with meals served at 7pm. The theme for the night is ‘Life on the River’ so swim into this fun filled night dressed in appropriate river gear. Entertainment will be provided by the Chesterfield Band.
The menu will be:
Slow roast lamb shoulder with demi glaze gravy complete with roasted sautéed potato, honey carrots and mint peas. Includes roll & butter.
Dessert: Lemon & lime curd tart with Italian meringue and fresh passion fruit sauce.
Tea and coffee
Ushers will guide members throughout the process of collecting their meals.
Persons with a disability who wish their meal to be collected for them should discuss this with the Usher directing their table.
Volunteers “Thank You” Luncheon, Sunday, 13th May 2018
The many tireless volunteers who have so graciously given of their time to coordinate this event for the enjoyment of all members of Ulysses Club will be invited to attend a Volunteers’ “Thank You” luncheon that will be held in the Main Tent following the Closing Ceremony.
